ZUZANNA SŁUPICKA- attorney at law, a member of a Regional Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Łódź. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź since 2015. She has been working at the SKUBISZ law firm since 2016. She gained professional experience in law firms in Lodz and Warsaw, as well as working as a lawyer for one of the largest companies in the world.
Her professional and research interests focus on intellectual property law, industrial property law and combating unfair competition. On a daily basis, she cooperates with Polish and foreign clients, representing them in litigation before the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Alicante (EUIPO), the General Court of the European Union, the Polish Patent Office, administrative courts and common courts. She handles cases involving infringement of rights to trademarks, industrial designs and acts of unfair competition.
Her master’s thesis titled “Niebezpieczeństwo wprowadzenia w błąd i ryzyko skojarzenia jako przesłanka odpowiedzialności z tytułu naruszenia znaku towarowego” won the award of the Patent Office in the competition of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland for the best scientific work on intellectual property, and a distinction in the competition organized by Wolters Kluwer S.A. and the editors of the monthly Commercial Law Review for the best master's thesis in the field of commercial law defended in the academic year 2014/2015.
Organizer of national conferences on private international law and intellectual and industrial property law.
