- When you send a message to the Law Firm via the contact form, you are providing us with your personal data. The law firm guarantees you that the data you send will remain confidential, secure and will not be made available to any third parties without your express consent.
- We only entrust the processing of personal data to verified and trusted providers of personal data processing services.
- You may find video content from YouTube on our website. When this happens, we embed (embed) the relevant content. Google LLC's YouTube cookies are used for this purpose. The cookies are only loaded when the video is played.

Personal data
The administrator of your personal data within the meaning of the data protection regulations is Skubisz and Partners Kancelaria Radców Prawnych, ul. Piastowska 31, 20-610 Lublin.
The purposes, legal basis and duration of the processing of personal data are indicated separately for each purpose of processing (see description of the individual purposes of processing personal data below).

- the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, if you have given such consent.
The rules related to the exercise of the indicated rights are described in detail in Articles 16 - 21 of the GDPR. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with these provisions. The rights indicated above are not absolute and you will not be entitled to all personal data processing activities. The exception is the possibility to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), which you are entitled to in any case.
If you wish to receive information about which categories of personal data concerning you are processed by the law firm, you may request such information. To do so, please contact us by e-mail at biuro@skubisz.pl. You can also use this e-mail address if you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data.
Safety. We guarantee you the confidentiality of any personal data provided to us. We ensure that all security and data protection measures required by data protection legislation are taken. Personal data is collected with due care and is adequately protected against access by unauthorised persons.
Data recipients. Your data may be processed by the Law Firm's subcontractors, i.e. the entities whose services we use to process your data.

Microsoft Corporation has joined the Privacy Shield programme and thus guarantees the appropriate level of personal data protection required by European legislation.
Processing purposes and activities
Contact. When contacting the Law Firm by e-mail, you naturally provide us with your e-mail address as the sender of the message. In addition, you may also send other personal data in the body of the message. The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary in order to make contact.
Your data is processed in this case for the purpose of contact, and the basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. your consent resulting from the initiation of contact.
The legal basis for post-contact processing is the legitimate purpose of archiving the correspondence for future demonstration (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The content of the correspondence may be subject to archiving. The Chancellery is not in a position to determine unequivocally when it will be deleted. You have the right to request the history of any correspondence you have had with the Firm (if the message was subject to archiving), as well as to request its deletion, unless its archiving is justified on the grounds of my overriding interest, e.g. defence against potential claims from you.
Cookies and other tracking technologies. The Law Firm's website, like almost all other websites, uses cookies.
Cookies are small textual information stored on your terminal device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone), which can be read by the law firm's ICT system (our own cookies) or the ICT system of third parties (third-party cookies).
Some cookies used by the law firm are deleted when your browser session ends, i.e. when you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies are stored on your terminal device and enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit the website (persistent cookies).

Own cookies. We use our own cookies to ensure that the website works properly.
Third-party cookies. The Firm's website, like most modern websites, makes use of features provided by third parties, which involves the use of cookies from third parties. We embed videos from YouTube on the website. Cookies from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA relating to the YouTube service are used for this purpose. When you play videos on the law firm's website, Google receives information about this, even if you do not have a Google profile or are not logged in. Such information (together with your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to the server of the respective service provider (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there.
If you have logged in to Google, the provider will be able to directly associate the video playback on my website with your Google profile. The purpose the scope of data collection and its further processing and use by the provider, as well as the possibility of contacting you and your rights in this respect and the possibility to make settings to protect your privacy are described in the Google privacy policy.
If you do not want Google to attribute the data collected during video playback directly to your profile on a particular site, you must log out of that site before visiting my site. It is also possible to prevent the loading of plug-ins on the website altogether by using appropriate extensions for the browser used, e.g. blocking scripts.
In addition, due to the need to prevent web robots from performing certain functions, we use the Google reCAPTCHA mechanism to occasionally investigate whether the behaviour of users of our trading platform bears the hallmarks of robotic behaviour. If this is the case, we may disclose your IP address to Google LLC.

Server logs. The use of the website involves sending requests to the server where the website is stored. Each request made to the server is recorded in server logs. The logs include, among other things, your IP address, the date and time of the server, information about your browser and the operating system you are using. The logs are saved and stored on the server. The data stored in the server logs are not associated with specific individuals using the website and are not used by the law firm to identify you.
The server logs are only ancillary material for the administration of the site, and their contents are not disclosed to anyone other than those authorised to administer the server.
