JAKUB PAWLUCZUK - Attorney-at-law, member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok. He has been working at SKUBISZ law firm since 2021.  

He specializes in industrial property law, with particular emphasis on trade marks. On day-to-day basis, he works with Polish and foreign clients, representing them in litigation proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Alicante (EUIPO), the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Polish Patent Office, administrative courts, and common courts. He handles cases related to the infringement of trade mark and industrial design rights, as well as acts of unfair competition.

For his master’s thesis titled “Derivative works in modern genres of creativity,” he received an award from the Minister of Education and Science in the 19th edition of the competition organized by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland for the best thesis on intellectual property.

He is fluent in English and in 2022 he completed postgraduate studies in the field of training sworn translators of English.
